Buffalo Chicken Sliders - Makes approximately 24 sliders.

This is a great recipe for football season!

Ingredients:

8 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 cups buffalo sauce divided

1 tsp celery seeds

2 (24-count) packages slider buns

Blue cheese dressing/dip

 

1. Cut the chicken breasts into 3 pieces and flatten in a plastic bag to about 1/2".

2. Put chicken breasts in a large plastic bag or bowl with 1 cup of buffalo sauce and celery seeds. Refrigerate for 2 hours. (I have made this without waiting the 2 hours. I just tossed the chicken in the Buffalo sauce and celery mixture and grilled).

3. Spray grill or pan with nonstick nonflammable cooking spray and preheat. Grill chicken 4 - 6 minutes per side until the thickest portion registers 165 degrees. 

4. Toss cooked chicken with remaining 1 cup buffalo sauce.

5. Place one piece of chicken on bottom half of each bun. Spread other half with blue cheese dressing and place on chicken.
